Good mobility is the foundation of stronger lifts, better performance, and injury prevention. If tight shoulders, stiff hips, or limited range of motion are holding you back, this 12-week Mobility Bootcamp will help you move more efficiently so you can snatch, squat, and kip with confidence.

📆 Duration: 12 sessions (60 min per week) + extra short programs twice a week


How It Works:

  • One coach-led session per week – fine-tune your technique, track progress, and get expert feedback
  • Two 20-minute self-guided sessions per week – easy to fit in before or after your WOD
  • Minimal to no equipment needed – do it at home or in the gym
