This Lower Body Strength Bootcamp focuses on mastering the foundational lifts — back squat, front squat, and deadlift — while teaching you how strength training actually works. Through expert coaching from Coach Julia, structured programming, and smart progressions, you’ll learn how to get stronger safely, efficiently, and sustainably.


Over the course of the program, you’ll improve lifting technique, address weak points with targeted variations, and explore advanced training methods like bands and overcoming isometrics. Just as important, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of why you train the way you do, so you can continue progressing long after the bootcamp ends.


  • Dates: Tuesdays, 16:30–17:30
