6 in-person sessions (including a 90-min kick-off)

  • The Big Lifts: Bench press & strict press 
  • Balanced Strength: Pulling work to complement pressing (and improve/build towards strict pull-ups) 
  • Shoulder Health: Scapular control, rotator cuff stability, and smart accessory work 
  • A touch of unconventional training (bands, isometrics) to boost strength in new ways
